Then he says 'hold on' & retrieves from the open concept dining room a small plastic reptile cage FULL of stink bugs & rotting fruit for them to dine on ???

I always have my landscape guy build up the dirt around the home and install fresh plastic and rock.

If it were older, I would have also taken that into consideration.Unfortunately, I just had my first experience with a tenant who was both a disgusting slob and a lots of frying, heavy grease/oil user. 

I have a down spout that is hooked to a plastic pipe that goes under the driveway and empties out into a pop up emitter in the yard .

I wouldn’t waste a penny on it  what I see for black out shades are black plastic garbage bags.. . if they want light then its just light colored sheets.In my home I have windows that have the blinds in the middle of them..
