I always remember that rockstars know rockstars, so find someone who is a mover and shaker - likely a meetup host - and then ask them who they know.The people doing 100 flips are super busy, so I've also found the best person to find is someone who is a step or two ahead of me...so maybe for you, that is someone doing 2-3 flips a year.

DesireeI have seen this same exact thing in Memphis TN in properties located near the University of Memphis so my personal opinion is to stay away unless you can still buy the property where the numbers make sense.

If you can personally visit the property to confirm, do so.

When I go to get more work done, I use the person that was fairly priced and met my expectations that first time, I do not shop around again for the lowest deal.
