I’ve been coaching new investors for a while, and I always enjoy hearing about what brings people to real estate.

I want to keep them separate to manage activities according to each regulatory agency.

that OR consider buying a property you could short-term rent to people who literally just want to visit the casino if it's a large/decent one.
