A lot of people are making a lot of money doing deals over the Internet.

I'm assuming the attorney and accountant(s) know a lot more about your personal situation than you can (or want to) post on an Internet forum, so I would recommend following their advice.

Pry just some random guy in the phone book/on the internet that coulda charged you any amount they wanted. 

I want to know if after paying mortgage, escrow, insurance, electricity and Internet do I have something left?

@Shakaria Brooks My first wholesale deal went like this: The seller contacted us through our Internet advertising and he had a place that he wanted to sell that was a rental.

No taxes no anything else.With the internet and how the world is super small now you can buy remotely with no real issues.  

I can see recent pictures of them on the internet at any time and they are all in excellent locations (upper middle class areas of Springboro on the Cincinnati to Dayton corridor, which believe or not is actually flourishing incredibly well, despite Dayton itself being essentially a total dump).

The Financing: I went through the typical Internet Search and found 5-10 mortgage lenders all of which rather scoffed at my numbers originally because they did not really work with investors; they just went through typical channels saying that I would have to put 30% down and that I would need to get appraisals and approvals at every level.

I have more free time then I would like, so I spend countless hours browsing the internet to find blogs, books, videos, and discussion forums to learn from.
