I contacted their support through email.Just looked through my email archives, it was apparently an issue with verifying my phone number to get my account verified last January.

I would suggest you go back through the archives on BP and look for threads that cover the same information that you are requesting.

And you might search the past Bigger Pockets forums for topics like LLC and Due On Sale...There is probably more info on those topics in the BP archives than anywhere on the net.There are even a couple of BP articles/blogs on the topic, particularly the problem with residential financing programs and the LLC.
