Greetings fellow BP'ers! My wife and I are part time real estate investors in the northern middle Tennessee area. We currently own 2 buy and holds and are looking to pick up another deal very soon. We would love to connect with people in our local area and are open to partnering on deals as well. While buy and holds are our ultimate long-term strategy, we would love to do a wholesale or flip deal too.

I am currently looking into 2 vacant properties in our local community that have been vacant for some time. I'm in the process of running title checks on each property as the city hall was not able to provide many details. I'll be sure to keep everyone posted of the progress!
