If you have anyone with some tech skills, or a hosting account that has a script installer it is not too much of a hassle.

I don't understand websites, keywords (well I get keywords, but don't know which ones to use), or web hosting.

My guess is there are a host of apps and/or services available or in the works that do the same.

If you have a junk offer with junk terms it's better many times to reduce the price a little and try to do a regular deal.With owner finance the seller still has to worry about the property,that you will file BK,that your LLC will file BK,that you will leave the property in worse shape then when they sold it to you,and a whole host of other scenarious like that.

They also just started hosting, though we self host our account.

(As an interesting side note, I was just listening to The Real Estate Investor Show the other day and the host - Steve Davis who is VP of Lifestyles Unlimited - actually talked about Bigger Pockets on the air.)
