Expand this to all other negatives like main streets, near railroad tracks, near commercial units, under airport flight paths, no garages (this may not be the case in all areas), no yards, poor layouts that can not be laid out differently, too many steps leading to the fr t door ( I just learned this harsh lesson a year and a half ago), etc. . . . .As far as the foundation issue, that was actually a good thing.

For example, to bet on Detroit you would have to believe that it’s low cost advantage can lead to sustainable growth; that it’s history of disastrous corrupt local government can be corrected; that it’s relatively harsh climate can still attract workers who have the ability to live ANYWHERE, and that it’s unskilled work force will somehow become the “knowledge” workers necessary for city growth.

Otherwise, do it on an overcast day to avoid ugly shadows and harsh reflections- Hold your phone horizontally - makes the space look bigger and shows better on screens- Shooting from lower chest height, holding the phone with both hands and rest your elbows onto your lower ribs.

Not trying to be harsh, that is just the reality we are all in right now.You could do, as others have suggested a second home loan at 10% and not have to worry about rehabbing it (okay, maybe some painting and cleaning and a little theming).
