Some sheetrock, wall repair, paint, screen repair, hanging fans and fixtures, checking the A/C, etc.I would like to establish a long term relationship with a contractor that has the skills, reasonable pricing (as we will do a lot of these), and can pull permits where needed.If this describes you... please contact me...

I would suggest that you try to find a position where you could be someones assistant & get paid an hourly salary while you hang on to one of your jobs..

Once I get the hang of it, I'd certainly be willing to work with you and help spot additional opportunities! 

If you can attach it that is usually cheapest, as you avoid one whole wall and get to hang structural units from the house.

And if there is indeed equity in the house, why is this one hanging around?

Or someone who will hang an investor out to dry when times get tough?

I am trying to decide to hang in here or move to a more active market like Los Angeles or Orange County.Thoughts anyone?
