Hi,  Does anyone have experience either using Bilt Credit card to pay rent or collect rent?

In our case, my wife and I could afford a run-down fourplex that needed extensive work and was infested with roaches.

I am reaching out to this amazing community to tap into your collective wisdom and experiences.Has anyone here ever donated real estate for tax benefits? 

They charged me around $1,400 for a 30-yard dumpster with 6 tons of waste, but I found other companies, like Steel City Hauling, that charge less than half of that.When I called Affordable Dumpster Rental to complain, they threatened to send my debt to collection.

They collect your rent, apply late fees,  deposit your monies into your bank account, market your properties, track expenses, screen your tenants, etc for just a few dollars a month per door.  

When they don't take advice and call it criticism or call us mean, what they are really doing is putting a light up into the sky for all of the gurus to come collect them and their money.

Collected multiple bids for excavation and the one we were most impressed by was about $44k.

Granted you can get a judgment against them if they stay longer, but good luck collecting on it.

I think one area where we take a slightly different approach from others is, understanding what guests are collectively saying about a market from review analysis to hone on creating that stand out experience guests are looking for! 

That way you can collect more doors.
