Of course one can hire professionals with those skill sets, but for me and my family living in a new city where we didn't know many people, managing and budgeting for large scale renovations would have been a really difficult task when we were starting out our real estate journey while also navigating full time work outside of real estate simultaneously. 

That was my attempt to scale my real estate portfolio - it's just difficult in 2023 and 2024.

County Clerk suggested that once I retake possession of the property, that it is could be difficult to get a settlement for any future unpaid rents through the end of the lease term, which is through July 2024.

I know know any path in this industry will be difficult but transitioning and applying the same amount of hours I work now, I'm sure it will lead to success eventually.

As soon as you buy a property it will begin to drop due to credit usage, but that's ok... that's what it supposed to do.Unfortunately in today's rate environment it is difficult at best to find good deals in about 95% of the country.  

Hello,I am new to the forum.I am interested in learning more about real estate ( searching to learn about  investment property[duplex,triplex,quad] how difficult is to manage this types of properties)Also any suggested locations in CA or AZ to look into for investing. 

The difficult part of tracking loans comes when you have to foreclose.

This is not to say this is the only successful method of real estate investing, but as I'm sure you're well aware, with current interest rates and overall market conditions, sourcing and acquiring LTR deals is difficult unless you're going off-market. 

Without experience and without much cash it is more difficult.
