Heather,First off congrats on the land investment and looks like your almost ready to start the pre-construction process.

Part of it is a learning process and I have learned a lot for future deals.

It can be a looooong process here compared to states like AZ, with your deposit being held for more than 6 months, so you have to understand the process.

This process is not difficult to complete.

If you ever have questions about any of it, I'd be glad to share what insight I've gained by trying to navigate the process.

PS: I have an excellent CPA, not looking to change, just looking to figure out a better process to streamline expense/income tracking and allocation to different properties.

To make things easier, I am really just prioritizing cash offers so the process is more seamless.
