I assume you are going for a conforming residential loan, so in the grand scheme of things they are still originating a loan to the same standards to be sold off to the same market.

So, its a trade-off.2) I think everybody would love to just find cash...3) For a conforming residential loan with non-owner occupation, the "investment" conventional loan is your only option. 20% down is the normal min, but 25% down gives you the best break in interest rate.Good luck.

Also, if the LLC takes Title hopefully on the purchase, you can't get a conforming residential loan because legal entities are not eligible for those loan products.
