Has about a 75% success rate and I have learned (and I hope given some good tips myself) to others that ive met up with due to that and people are always looking for future partners and to learn from one another.

I've had to explain it to prospective guests often enough that I've actually set up an automated message with pretty much this exact language @Nicole Heasley ; ) That's a great tip!

That need could outweigh their desire to protect your best interests.Not saying there investment here is a bad thing, per se, just raising this point so that this one element of the deal doesn’t tip the scale to you investing if you otherwise might not.

Management can literally be done remotely with access to a computer and a cell phone......We have 49 large units being built and they have 12 month leases and we anticipate them to be fully occupied quickly.

If you also have tips and things to look out for, I'm all ears. 

I've done some research on tips to buying on the auction site and have looked into the property on the county site. 

Any recommendations or tips on what has worked for you would be greatly appreciated.
