In my spare time I do real estate, I go on real estate vacation TOO look at real estate, it is not a 9-5, it's my every waking life, I'm sick, and I love it.

As a start I've been going over notes I took while reading, making a habit out of reading through BiggerPockets and other investing sites a part of my daily routine, and started looking at listings for properties and try my hand and at calculating potential profitability for them in my spare time.

Just had a few questions and I’m looking for a little advice if anyone can spare some.What should I be looking for in a real estate agent?

I get to spend my spare time looking for more investments because I don’t have to waste my time learning the rules and how to manage in another state.

That would allow them to store things like bikes which you probably don't want in the spare rooms (or even inside the house).

This way, you won't be stuck with a potential nightmare tenant and you could make a ton more $$$ doing the short term rental for the spare bedroom(s). 

Closets move to wall behind bath in spare room, and maybe far right wall in master.As for adding third bedroom, it seems like you have one, sort of.  

One of the tenants used to work with me in Cablevision and asked me about the spare apartment I had in my house.

I bought my first rental back in July of 2020 and it took me 2 months to fix it up in my spare time.
