In reality I probably already know the answer to my question, but there seem to be a lot of other clever tactics in real estate, so I was hoping there was something here I just didn't know about.My overall goal is to reduce my personal debt (student loans of approx $65k, a small amount of credit card debt of <$5k, and a small personal loan of <$2k) as this would increase my monthly cash flow, which will allow me to invest at a faster rate.

I've been with them about 1yr and they don't nickel and dime you with fees or linen re-ups.

I just ended up watching the free webinar today and am also highly interested in purchasing the $495 material from Clever Investor.

This is a clever renter.

Somebody clever just has to figure out how to make it work, maybe only until regulators shut down this approach as well.
