The valve itself is inexpensive-septic filter, looks like a big brush and stops stuff from going into the field so it stays in the tank, inexpensive, no issues using one so far on a system where I know wipes get flushed, gets changed each pump out- camera inspection...may help pinpoint a trouble spot in your lines that is catching things.

Most likely due to static pressure from water build-up against the exterior of the wall.Sounds like you're considering Kevlar strips to fix the problem. 

It's static and there are many profit margin issues if you trust the pipeline they give you and it doesn't work right away in getting a tenant or with a repair (it was supposed to be turnkey) or with the final tax assessment.

If they do not sound good on the phone I just brush them off. 

The static cost will be taxes and HOA. 

If you can not find the deal period, you need to brush up on what kind of people need, not want to sell.

Do not buy in any location if the state or metro populations are static or decreasing.
