Finding Motivated Sellers

So I have been wholesaling for 7 months, now, but haven't done a deal, yet.  How do you all find leads?  I have been d4d, pulling lists from propwire and propstream (at one point), I got the county code violations list and nothing, yet.  It's frustrating.
