If they have the ability and do not do so, this will not go over well with banks or investors, and can result in lawsuits.Sell More Equity – This is a tough sell since you’re essentially trying to bring in more investors to a bleeding property, but it is more favorable than doing a cash call with limited partners already invested into the deal.

In most areas your Board of Realtors has developed their contracts over time, mush has to do with the experiences and court cases in that jurisdiction.Those "consumer" covenants contained in a contract did not come out of thin air based on some bleeding heart Real Estate Broker, they came from findings in law, state court findings, attitudes and customs.RE Brokers are very risk adverse, they don't want any stone left unturned where that snake may be that can bite them.

Notice the date: June 11 Whitener Flynn was excited about a move in early June because business was growing, but they suddenly were bleeding money in early July . . .

So the flooring will need to be completely replaced, but the real issue is moisture causing the wood to swell and "pop loose".The left hand wall where the baths are has a higher moisture content along the baseboard, and the wall between the 2 baths also had a high moisture content.
