@Ola Dantis I’m a rather disciplined individual thanks to my background as a former college/professional athlete and upbringing.

Instead i would like to pursue the rent recovery route and i have used one such company (Rent Recovery Solutions) but just wondering if there are any other companies people have had better results.

I see a high demand for houses needed by people in the recovery communities throughout our afflicted country.The thing is, the strategy of "sober house" is tainted with stigma-stigma from the past.

Other jurisdictions may require a building be brought up to current energy code (insulating all exterior walls, attics, etc, air sealing, whole house HRV (heat recovery ventilation) systems, etc), or structural code (I am working on a renovation now that is requiring the additional reinforcement of a masonry chimney)My point is, like so many people on BP say, is DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE BUYING A PROPERTY, especially if you’re the new guy or gal in town.
