I definitely would want the mail to go to the correct place.If someone wanted to sue you, the fact that you ignored changing your address would be a good argument that you are not maintaining corporate formalities, potentially having the protections of your LLC ignored.Most states have annual filing requirements for the LLCs so that would be a good time to update it.  

we use spectrum and pay for there supplied router and modem, if thats an option for you, you can go in within there app on your account and reset it from there.

We don’t have a clause in our contract to account for this, and we have been actively looking for new renters with no luck so far.

@Angel Peng you can go the DBA route and use it to open a business bank account where tenants can make payments.You will need an actual mailing address though, not just a PO Box.

There is zero accountability and ownership over major issues.

An ideal bank would  allows one to set aside tenant's deposit money in a separate account that earn decent interest and is landlord friendly.

They encourage accountability groups and that has been positively impactful as well.
