Many credit repair agencies do not know how to help you build "business credit".  

It could be that the Servicer of the second lien wasn't reporting to the credit agencies and there is no mention of the second lien on the report.

The owner of the Agency said after I finish the course and receive the certificate, they would offer me leads to immediately start working in the business.

Hi Nathalie, You only need to be afraid of the IRS and the Credit Reporting Agencies but, you're here on Bigger Pockets (Welcome) so, that's means you're a brave women.

@Kirshner BaptisteI don't think you will find any agency that will tell you liens against a property for free. 

His health is heavily compromised, the local agencies are not helping him much(who he uses for medical, food or moving needs) & he has much trouble getting around.

If he's an architect, he's held to laws by the state licensing agency which you can also file a complaint with. 

The most efficiently do this is to outsource that vital task to a consumer reporting agency (CRA) that specializes in background checks and here is why:  A CRA must conduct Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliant background checks.

If he doesn't like go to anther agency.
