His vehicle crashed into my ground floor condo leaving a big gaping hole in the building which gave the bedroom a new panoramic view of the outdoors.  

I own a small business currently 3 vehicles, shed full of equipment, trailer computer and desk.I was wondering if anyone had an insight or experience with buying a commericial building to park the vehicles, store the gear, possibly an office but buy something where my business would use a portion and find a similar ish business(es) to rent out the other half and possibly pay the mortgage.Is this in anyway possible ?

My vehicle is in Wyoming and I have a feeling ill be without a vehicle for a few months before I can afford to have it shipped that far.

Would they be similar to mobile homes (vehicle license) or would they be more like a prefab home (regular house taxation). 

Since I cannot walk yet or drive a vehicle I would just have to use a phone for my communication and try to find out what they are into.If you happen to find one that does his thing please write to me through BP.  

I am looking for help from someone who understands the tax law and best investment vehicles to setup for optimum returns.
