As you scroll through fackbook or other sites you see various life hacks about cooking, landscaping, etc.

Don't go off the Zestimate, scroll through listings that fit your parameters of property (size, beds, quality, location, etc.). 

I just had the same issue with an ad bogging down my chrome browser so much that I could not scroll through the Biggerpockets forums.  

It makes me want to quit... because I don't have a good system and stuff is EVERYWHERE....Every month I take pictures of the rental checks on my phone or any check related to the property management and put it in albums for each according property....So where normal people have funny dog pics, I have a million checks on my phone.... and every month its a disaster scrolling through pics of checks, Let alone the NIGHTMARE of tech issues in sync'ing my devices and images getting passed around/deleted etc etc.....I'm sure no normal property manager does this.... what is the best system?

Too many to scroll through on the app.

You'll ask specific questions because you already know that that type of rental will cash flow for you, and you want to rent to students (as an example).Or maybe it will be that you want to rent to temporary contractors or AirBnB.Then, an agent can do the searching for you for the property you want, without you having to scroll though listings on the MLS that don't have enough photos, etc.But, to ask an agent to figure out the above, I think is asking too much.
