@Joseph Accetturo no dog in this hunt... and agreed stricktly speaking most banks will not lend to a Corp ... they will lend to corp with PG or LLC with PG at least every loan I have gotten for the last 30 years went this way.. not a big enough fish to get loans without PG.But its tax season what are you doing on BP ?
