How did you obtain the contracts for subsidized housing? 

To confirm my recommendation ask him for references at his current developments, I bet he won’t give you names and will make up an excuse!

It's complicated and not recommended for newer/smaller landlords, but it's a profit center for me.

Even when the deed is recorded you will be unable to obtain title insurance for at least a year from the date the deed is recorded.

As this is your first I recommend an attorney even if you are a sole proprietor.
