Many of us have clients all over the U.S. and the capabilities of serving non-local clients with today's technology.

What did people do before the sonar technology?  

Vacation rentals are great, especially with enabling technology. 

They are not new or new technology they are just new to the States.

I suppose if someone really elderly or completely technologically-challenged really wanted in, I would have to consider the issue, but it doesn't seem to be a problem for me.

I'd like to add to my list...a city with a diverse job base with a large percentage of jobs in services, particularly technology.

But the IBM, Cisco, Netapp, EMC, Lenovo, Oracle, DB (Technology Center) and Metlife (Technology Center) are all in RTP/(Durham, Morrisville, Cary).
