Many, non-locals, continue to move to Asheville and will continue to do so and drive up prices due to high demand and low supply, but others that have lived in Asheville have left for better communities and leadership in Madison, Haywood, Transylvania, and Henderson Counties.

$1.6 B sounds great, but much of that investment will go to the global and national economy in the form of equipment purchases for the assembly line, construction costs (also very unlikely to be awarded to a local construction company in Limestone or Madison Counties) and perhaps infrastructure (some of which will go to the local municipalities).

I have a few properties in the area between W 23rd & N West to W 27th & N Madison that I consider this C class area...other areas I like in what I would call "C" class are the area between Hedgeville and Union Park Gardens.
