they are never fun.. but we survive and the sun continues to come up the next morning.

For example Vegas.. how are locals gonna survive with no tourist.. how will they pay rent and survive.. similar questions you need to ask in your market which appears to be Chicago.. btw did they ever start on the south shore project?

I agree with @Theresa Harris A little patience and compassion is in order as we all go through these challenges.

@Theresa Harris the due date is the 1st, but you don't get charged a penalty if you pay before the 15th.

They don’t care about my mortgage payments, they will be doing whatever they need to do to survive and keep their children healthy and fed.

And if paying cash for your property leaves their pool of remaining capital very small they could be afraid of how long they will survive on their remaining cash and worrying about having to return to the work force at a time when many are being laid off.  

@Jerry Lundergard Germany is becoming more and more like Italy with restrictions- surviving nonetheless!
