Does anyone know what the rental and home sales strengths are in Alvin and West Columbia tx are.Would it be worthwhile for me to look at multiple families for rentals and maybe doing some flips?

We are in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia (well just north in the Shuswap region) - hot summers and snowy winters.The winter would attract families, snowmobilers, and winter activity enthusiasts.Where would you put your $$?

(Specifically Columbia county) I need some help with a foreclosure on owner financed land.

I started buying rental properties when I was 23 in Columbia SC after the market crash, and ended up with a portfolio of 8 properties, 7 single family, and one duplex.

BRRRR is going to mainly be possible in the following neighborhoods...Petworth, Brightwood, Riggs Park, Brentwood, Kingman Park, Anacostia, Deanwood, Columbia Heights, Brentwood, 16th St Heights, Shephard Park.

Not the huge subdivisions so much but I've noticed many single houses being built in areas surrounding Columbia.
