., can sometimes throw that off.Another easy way to help navigate the site is clicking on the "Forums" tab, and then going to "Browse Forums". 

I have found myself disappointed time and time again as I analyze properties and I think this rings true for some others as I browse these forums.

My plan is to find a distressed property (either SFR or small MFR) in and around the Downey, CA area that I can BRRRR on but I am still shopping/browsing around for a deal. 

The MLS is not for random people to casually browse.

Your best bet would be to browse the forum posts for folks active in the Atlanta area.

Hey investors,Browsing the MLS and I see a home that's listed as "Legal Non-Conforming".After a quick google it sounds like this home isn't up to code, but it's dated so it has been "grand fathered" in so to speak.
