The only poor interaction I've had on BP has been with you, and it was simply to stick up for a friend, Ashley, after you put her down.If you have a problem with that I can't help you.I wasn't attacking you (odd you see it that way).

I worked my way through the entire Real Estate Rookie with Ashley and Felipe, and then moved to the main podcast, and went to episode 200 and have been sort of cherry picking episodes here and there on what's interesting to me because I don't want to get to the analysis paralysis point and lose interest.

@Ashley Yoviene what you say, intuitively makes sense to me. though I'd rather invest in Nashville, because of appreciation and growth, it's going to take WAY more money esp in today's market. and not everyone is trying to buy in Toledo like they are in Nashville right now so it's a lot less less intimidating for a newbie like me!

Hey @Todd Ashley,I have an FHA loan and I also received a refinance option in the mail from homebridge.
