After that I canceled my "Guru" hotel workshop with one of the radio advertised "educational" fix and flip companies. 

I was fortunate enough to be one of the workshop leaders at the very first VRSS in Canada last month and wow, the amount of growth this niche is seeing is HUGE.

i have a very nice home on 2 acres just outside of Ft Worth with a big workshop... its paid off and i dont want to move.
