@J Scott I was just told this by my realtor in regards to a home I am purchasing for a flip Wed.

Planning a wedding for early next year.All of that has me running kind of ragged. 

Between what my wife and I received from our wedding and just being frugal we have managed to save some money and we're at the point where we'd like to consider buying an income property.I have found, what I believe to be at least, a solid renting area at a nearby University (Rowan) where I think the demand will always be there and the growth of the University will increase demand and hopefully rental price and home value.

It meets the second Weds of the month, which means there should be a meeting on January 8th.

It's a great place to meet other local investors, and the next one is on Wed, Feb 19th.

My wedding in a month is sure taking up a lot of my real estate time.

It's amazing because if we had spend the money on a wedding they wouldn't say a thing.

How do you turn in everything on a Wed then by the 1st tue of April get the foreclosure sale done?
