Hi Phillip,I'm also looking for an answer to this question, both for rentals and as an inexpensive aesthetic upgrade to your primary residence.I don't understand the objection that epoxy floors will be "cold" people who like hard floors aren't worried about the temperature of them, they walk around in socks and slippers, no one lays on the floor.

They essentially pump heat from the outside to the inside, and can pull heat even at low temperatures.

The process would include: having a Chinese factory build the shipping containers in the Guangdong Provice (largest manufacturing area/ construction factories in China) ,shipping them to Tampa,setting them on a concrete slab, cutting out the center walls, welding/ connecting the container, and finishing the center part with tiles..

When they serviced it in May, there was no leak.Spoke to the tenant about raising the temperature being set to 72 all day, she said they feel 72 is not that low, and they have lived in places where they set it to 68 or lower and no issue.
