@Jeremy VanDelinder , FYI, we moved the meeting to a new location where we don't have the pressure of time like at RR library and the setup is much better (and the cost is much better than at the library), so networking should be "smoother" - sorry if we failed you in this.

Disadvantages: If you are planning to use an external accountant, it hassle to transfer the data back & forth and also since your data is housed in your computer, there's a risk of losing data in case your hard drive failed
