@Mark Gee the whole process was surprising smooth and straight forward.I bid during the pre-auction period, and was contacted by Auction.com via phone almost immediately.  

Because installing them will put a small whole in the drywall.But personally, i would have a tough time living with myself and my nice smooth walls if a young child died in one of my homes.

My entire driveway, rear patio and front sidewalks are stamped and the concrete company got a little lazy in the middle of the driveway at the entry to the garage. 95% of the job looked great, but that other 5%....When they pull the mold up, the concrete should have a highly detailed imprint, not smooth and flat.Once its done, its done.
