In the course of 4 sessions of driving around, I got a good solid list of 130 properties.

If the hubby objects, maybe, a counseling session is in order with a "marriage counselor.

We will likely see wholesaling in Maryland either coming to an end or becoming highly restricted after the next legislative session.

I also played the sessions in my car which made a huge difference.I say this to encourage you to keep going for it.

Chris - I would definitely attend some local REIA meetings in your area and see who the investors are - typically there is a networking session and people are happy to connect with others.

I gross over 750k  in rent a year and no I don't have an RE license, formal training, or any kind of mentor. if you're dumb enough to fall for bait and switch programs or spend 10k for a motivation weekend session, you deserve to lose that money. good on the guru for capitalizing on something so easy.
