You should avoid any syndication that's advertising in social media (or even in crowdfunding website).Why ?

You can set up an LLC by going to the Secretary of State's website in the state where the property is located.  

Rabbu allows you to select certain amenities, but I don’t believe it says exactly east each is worth.
