Does anyone have a reliable handyman in the Tallahassee area? 

We were getting a bit anxious and final told an applicant we would move forward with him (but have not signed any paperwork, I'm currently doing verification of his info).

I then get a call about three weeks later stating that my roommate's room smelled like cat pee and that I was being held reliable.

I'm in the wrong business.You might want to check if that is child support, and, if possible, how reliable it is. 

We only do no income verification, non owner occupied loans through US Commercial, so qualification is easy. 

WHAT IF IT BREAKSWhether it is supposed to be a reliable system or not, that would scare most buyers from the home even if you were selling for the same price! 

As RE developers we all know how important it is to hire good, reliable residential contractors.

Make sure they are reliable and will perform the task you want them to perform.
