Who's responsible for cleaning the gutters and changing the water filter in the refrigerator (which should be yearly?)?

On the other hand  during a reno another investor in a local beach town was told a refrigerator made it an illegal kitchen gotta love those idiosyncrasies.I would say whatever  you decide even if it is not required you should plan on adding egress from the third floor in your costs. 

A prime example of this was when the filter for the refrigerator water dispenser cracked and leaked onto the floor causing some damage to the vinyl floor.

Gross:The top of a refrigerator was covered in dead German roaches, to the point you could barely make out the color.  

Circuit board equipment (electro-mechanical and electronic vs. mechanical).Aside from the more complicated (expensive) for repairs aspect, there is the surge protection issue to deal with.So with the selection of mechanical controlled Washers, Dryers, Stoves, Refrigerators, ect… on the market dwindling, and getting replaced by circuit board type appliances I was wondering if you are doing anything to protect (your investment in) major electronic appliances from electrical surges.Whole house protectors, surge strips, surge breakers in the box?

I need 3 refrigerators and 2 ranges and it's ridiculously expensive.

We will have initial Cap Ex of 1 or 2 refrigerators, washer dryer, and some furniture.  

It came with a stove and 2 refrigerators (1 fridge needed fixing).A few months back I bought a duplex at 417 N Rural St 46201.

Range (almond color) and refrigerator (white color and dying) still need to be replaced as well as some faucets, any recommended brands?

The only thing plumbed throughout the house is refrigerant, no ducts to run as air is cooled by each wall unit recirculating air in the room.
