@Symone Gordon he's making the same prediction 1000s of other people have also made on this site in the last 5 years. 

But I did want to say, the calculator at https://pvwatts.nrel.gov/ was spot on for predicting how much energy I harvest (in Ohio).

Neither party can predict a burst pipe in the wall/slab of the home, so both parties need to insure what they're responsible for.
