That being said, Zillow is also the primary site in my market for rental searches, especially SFRs, so I have no shortage of tenants seeing my listing when it is available.The one downside, which is minimal, is even though the tenant pays rent through Zillow on first, and I get a notice that rent was paid, it can take 5-ish days to arrive in my bank account.

Steve: If you are going to bid on an Ohio Common Pleas Court  foreclosure, the process is pretty safe because the foreclosing lender has to include a "PJR" which is actually a "Preliminary Judicial Report" which is a title report and include a commitment for title insurance should the bidder be successful and the property to be conveyed.This differs from a liquidation auction by a lender, private auctioneer, receiver (other than an actual foreclosure case) where you might be successful but the property has pre existing liens that don't get swept away by the foreclosure case.For your first one of these, get a lawyer to advise you.

Under SB 567, the notice to terminate tenancy must include a description of the work to be completed, copies of required permits, the date the owner expects to complete the work or demolish the building, and notification that if the substantial remodel or demolition is not commenced or completed, the tenant must be offered the opportunity to re-rent the unit at the same rent and lease terms as when the tenant left.
