Now that I know how to study on my own, I have no need for bricks and mortar classrooms unless I just "want" to be there for the fun (like for an art, music, or dance class....or other interest that is better with other people).  

Unfortunately, the house next door went into foreclosure and is now filled with people who sit outside all day, drinking and playing loud music.

There is already a lot of content on her page from a few years ago when she was writing and performing her own music and doing covers, but I believe the covers will have to be removed in order to monetize the page.

Besides they may also be headache tenants that call you for everything, who blast music or have a lot of foot traffic.Do a forum search for the "50% rule" to find out the criteria you should be using to evaluate a potential deal.
