I was concerned because the tenant has roofing supplies all over the back yard in addition to a trailer and roofing machine in the street. 

From me they've stolen the honey out of my kitchen, board games, books, puzzles, random silverware, etc.

I will always keep my license here in Chicago because it's so hard one but I wouldn't jump into the game here.
