Jonathan, just to clarify the process: After I get seller under contract t, I then find the end buyer, and the second contract is between the agent and the end buyer.

It may take a little bit of time, hussle and creativity to find the one for you, but it is out there.One of the main characteristics is that I need a property already rehab; for now, I cannot focus on the rehab process due to my current job, duplex, or triplex where I can live.

Screening tenants well and then a security deposit or credit card hold process in place will limit liability.
