The fridge situation sounds horrifying.

@Mindy Jensen, haha I can say the appliances look old because the oven and fridge are fairly old.  

Eloborate on trash,, if a tacky couch is on the porch,, if a mattress is on side of garage,, if old fridge is hanging out.. if the alley looks like a war zone.. grafitti... 

There is already electricity in the wall I want the kitchen on and my dad is an electrician so he would put in electricity for the fridge and stove for free. 

In the case of my current project, I had some ideas on how I wanted the layout to work and positioned the walls in such a way as to make my fridge and pantry unit fit properly.Once the software comes into play I get a much better idea of the final look of the cabinets.

You are in charge of the project so you have to make sure you won't have a fridge where the door bangs into a wall, or hits the dishwasher when it is open.

Turns out he left a TON of stuff behind since he could not afford to move it, He finished moving all that stuff yesterday (July 18) but still left behind a car lift in the garage and a fridge (not sure why he needed either) My attorney went to court this morning and the judge signed a "closing writ of restitution" considering he had no date as to when he would move those 2 items.

As for the rehab its around $5000 for carpet, paint, fridge, minor Plumbing repair,HVAC and small misc items.

Long story short, newly weds moved in, wife was completely clueless on how living on your own worked and called all the time due to husband being gone.  2K fridge broke due to her changing the settings, fixing garbage disposal because she threw chicken bones in it.. hot mess.
