Other than getting permission from the village to build them, are there any flags that come to mind with this idea?

Hi,I was wondering if some of the brokers and property managers of BP could enlighten me regarding the differences between the West Palm Beach Century Village area (not CV itself but the surrounding area)  and Greenacres /intersection of 809/882 area.Are there big differences between the 2 areas or once you get further away from the coast it's all the same?

I would contact the Village of Fox Lake when you have a property selected.

North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.
