Just keep in mind, you cant call it a "biggerpockets" meetup, as BP doesnt endorse or sponsor any meetups. 

I passed the exam, but I really do not recommend VanEd, I do not even know how they still get the TREC endorsement.

I also highly endorse Jonathan Hoover with Aegis Environmental if you need help in Indy for underground storage tank remediation and for all of your other environmental cleanup needs.

Even one of the BP founders has a KW team, so you can't probably get a better endorsement than that.  

I clicked around the site and couldn’t find any official endorsement of it anywhere, let alone direct links.

The Title company is charging me the following fees:-Admin Processing Fee $35-Closing Protection Letter $75-Lender Title Insurance $844-Notice of Settlement $40-Rundown & Record Fee $$20-Settlement Fee $325-Tidelands Search NJ $30-Title Endorsement Fee $$100-Title Examination $100-Title Search Abstract $167-Wire Transfer Fee $25Are these fees customary or is it excessive?

I just want to add to folks that do not rely on one or two endorsements as a basis for investing money, especially folks with only a few posts.
