This is another reason why I see 1M posts on hear about people wanting to transfer properties to their LLC because some guru they paid $5k told them too.

Tons of people have the mini-consoles at home, but few have an actual arcade machine.After months of deliberation, we went with a 4-player machine from Quality Arcades with the track-ball and two light guns (ie, their top tier machine).

Though, if your client base is nice retired people, it probably won't matter.  

Nor does it pay well for an agent to spend a lot of time with a buyer that has an agency agreement but chooses to sit on their laurels instead of actively pursuing a purchase.Most agents who are serious about helping people do not have time to spend with lackadaisical clients or people who refuse to sign a buyer's agreement.

That sounds cheesy until you talk to people who have lost their purpose.

They will substitute in their own sense of fairness knowing people are unlikely to appeal such a small issue.

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

I think it's going to be location specific for sure; where I am very few people hang out in the house all day long as they are usually busy hitting the parks and attractions. 

Right now, land (unless in a hot market) takes a special type of buyer/developer to turn it into money, so you're better off finding the thing the people with the money want. land tends to sit a long time...

If you haven't already, you should research the stats on Furnished Finder to see how many people are looking for a midterm rental, how many units are currently available and the configuration and prices hosts are offering.
